Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 28, 2026

Our Commitment

We are working to make our website usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.

Target Standard

We aim to align our website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is treated as an ongoing effort. We continue to review and improve as the site evolves.

Assistive Technology

The site is intended to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies.

Report a Barrier

If you encounter content that is not accessible, please let us know so we can address it.

Alternative Access

If you need information from this site in another format, we will make reasonable efforts to provide it.

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

Columbel Realty (“Columbel Realty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making our website at columbelrealty.com (the “Site”) usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.

We believe that the web should be open and accessible to everyone, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design and build the Site.

2. Conformance Target

We aim to align the Site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities and is organized around four principles:

  • Perceivable: information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive.
  • Operable: user interface components and navigation must be operable.
  • Understandable: information and the operation of the user interface must be understandable.
  • Robust: content must be robust enough to be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.

The Site has not yet been independently audited for WCAG conformance. We describe our current status as “partially conformant,” meaning some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria.

3. Measures We Take

As part of our ongoing effort, we work to:

  • Use semantic HTML and accessible page structure where practical.
  • Provide text alternatives for non-text content such as images and icons.
  • Support keyboard navigation for interactive elements.
  • Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and background.
  • Use descriptive labels for form fields and links.
  • Test the Site against current versions of major browsers.
  • Review and address accessibility issues as part of our regular development work.

4. Compatibility

The Site is designed to be compatible with current versions of major web browsers and is intended to work with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers and operating-system accessibility features. Older browsers and unsupported assistive technologies may not render the Site correctly.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some portions of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. Animations and interactive elements built with third-party libraries may behave inconsistently across assistive technologies, and some content may not yet meet every WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criterion. We treat any reported barrier as a defect and prioritize remediation accordingly.

6. Third-Party Content

The Site may include content, embeds, property listings, or links from third parties that we do not control. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content, but we will work with vendors to address significant barriers where reasonably possible.

7. Feedback and Reporting a Barrier

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Site. If you encounter a barrier, need information in a different format, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

Please include the page or feature you were using, the browser and assistive technology (if any) you were using, and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports promptly and to respond with a resolution or plan within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Alternative Means of Access

If you cannot access information or functionality on the Site, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service to you through an alternative method.

9. Changes to This Statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or to our accessibility practices. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
